Whats up family!
  So its really cold here right now, i have a big cold and a cough. It feels like im in Utah cuz im so cold haha Its funny cuz like all the missionaries are getting sick too. So yeah we went to Costco today with Sister Wilkinson and she told me that you wrote her back, and i read your letter, it was funny. She is awesome though! I cant wait till you guys meet her, i talked to her about it and she was like... "Yeah!! lets do it, that would be awesome!" so yeah we gotta have a big family night in their house or something. 
  So how is the basement going? Hey i just wanted to check some things.. you are gonna put a WALKIN shower right? cuz i dont like bathtubs. Also could you put a walk in closet? And where are you gonna put all the huntin gear that we have?? Are you gonna put a WALKIN gun safe? What are you gonna do with the weight set? cuz i was plannin on using that a lot, so dont get rid of all the stuff!! Where are you gonna put the pool ping pong table at? This is gonna be sick to have the basement done! Are you gonna keep my same furniture that i had right? You should just leave all my stuff up in my old room until i get there and we can organize it how i want and put it down stairs together.. i would like that better. 
  Thats good your work is crazy busy Dad, are you gonna start expanding and hiring new employees? So are you gonna do residential and commercial alot still? What are your plans for the business in the future? You gotta make the business big baby! 
  Mom i cant believe you have so much stuff to do!! You are crazy.. How is the cheer team going? and the Relief Society ladies? How many active members are in our ward now? Do you think i will get a calling when i get back? I would like to go back to the nursery again... start out with something easy! haha How is your work at eyeQ doing? did you ever get that deal with the 300,000?
 I cant believe its already Thanksgiving... here they dont celebrate it, and there are no holidays during november. I cant believe your not going to St Geezy this year... i miss that place soooo bad!! What are you guys gonna do for Christmas? You guys gotta send me some pics of the house all decorated for Christmas and with the lights and everything!! Christmas is by far my favorite time of the year... I just have a great feeling when i think about Christmas!! Hey dont send me any big packages.. just save all that money for a couple months later... so i can use it there in Utah baby! :) 
 Oh just so you know... i will get home on the 28th of February.. im pretty sure! Its always a thursday when you get back, and its always 5 days after you start the mission. So February 28th i should be home. I have no clue when i get the flight plans though.. i think in like a month or so! But yeah, it wont be on the 23rd. I gotta get released that same night though and then after we can go to Rodizio baby!! That will be sick! 
  Hey what is the city center? you were talking about it like they sale costa rican food or something..? Yeah we will be eating at some cool places.. there are little shacks on every corner that sale food so we can just eat at places like that! It will be sick. Just tell everyone to fall my commands and we will be fine dinin baby! We also gotta hire a chef there in the beach house to cook some sicks meals that are native to here! The trip really is gonna be so sick though!! Are we gonna rent a couple cars or something??? Cuz if we dont its gonna be hard to get around.. at least for the first 3 days here...?
  Im doing great though, just enjoying the last couple months of the mish,... that is so crazy! Love you guys!

Parents and Family of Elder Christensen,

This is Hermana Wilkinson - I am here today at Zone Conference with your son - he looks great.  He has a little bit of Sun on his cheeks & nose - his zone played American Football yesterday for Preparation Day.

One quality that has stood out to me, about your son, is each time I see him - he is Happy and Smiling.   He always comes up to me with a big smile and offers to help me or just talks to me (and our children).  The first time I spoke to his zone (I was very nervous-we had only been in the country 2 weeks) he sat in the back and smiled at me the entire time - like he was saying ""you can do this" "great job-keep going" "I am listening & I care about what you are saying".

Elder Christensen is confident and happy.  He is a hard worker and great leader, he is an example to his zone and all other missionaries. His Smile can light up a room.  Thank you for sharing him with us for this short time.

 Hey fam,
 So we had a really busy day today.. and we finished playing football late, so i only have 10 minutes to write you guys :( But oh wel... i only have 3 months left haha that is crazy!! That is awesome you guys went to Lamos homecoming... the church is close to Nana and Papas house right? Im so excited for the trip back here.. ive been talking to the members and they wanna like throw a party in the church with all the members to have a dinner with us, but we will see.. i think i would rather visit each family one at a time though.. that would be better! I cant believe how fast time is going by. Life is gonna be sick after the mish.. i have a feeling that i need to get married quickly though.. just so i can focus on studies and my goals and stuff, cuz i think my wife would be  a big help through everything. We will see though, i gotta search diligently for my baby girl. haha So tell Majerle and Maddi to be looking around for me, so i can find her quickly, shes gotta be a cutie though! I cant wait to see you guys going down the escelator in the airport. I feel really good though, we are working hard with the ward and the members and im loving it! I feel like im working harder then i ever have in my entire mission! So that is good! President said that how i work and finish the mission will determine how i will endure in my job, studies and everything. So i wanna work really hard! Its crazy how you can feel the difference of the power of the holy ghost when you are being obedient and working hard. I like it a lot! When Lisa comes to Utah you dont invite her to church or anything? Or ask if they are listening to the missionaries?? You guys gotta share the blessings... come on! We gotta focus on Joe and Lisa, Jake, and Tonya and Nate... they would all be great members and future eternal families!! Hows Grandma?  Well fam, i gotta go.. but you guys get into action with them. Love you guys a ton!!!

Hey family, 
  how is everyone doing? how are you Majerle and Maddi? behaving?? How is everything with cheer mom? still staying busy? Oh and its just hard for me to answer all the questions cuz i only have an hour here on internet, and i can barely even finish the letter in time, you guys have ALL DAY to write me, so there is no excuse! haha But anyways Im doing great, my new comp is way cool, hes helping me focus and working hard. Today we went and played soccer again on a giant turf field, 11 on 11 people, it was sick! We played our zone, La Paz, against the zone Cartago. and of course we won! it was a blast. Im sooo tired though. 
  Thats crazy the basement is gonna be done when i get back, it will be way sick. Yeah just do whatever color,, as long as it is sick lookin. My room i dont know though.. make sure it is sick!! And the walk in gun safe???... we gotta build one of those.. we can make it like a bank vault, ya know?? Only 3 and a half months left.. that seems like a lot of time today for some reason, but it is soo short!!! The first place to eat when i get back, gotta be Rodizio baby!! you know me!! But it just depends on what time i will be arriving on the plane. I hope i get there in the after noon around 6 or something! The second day... i dont know... i need some clothes so we could go shop it up or something. I dont know. I wanna put all my pics on a slide show and then look at them together on the big screen tv.. with everyone.. that would be so sick! And just tell all the stories from the mish. I hope i can remember them all haha When is my homecoming gonna be? do you guys know? i bet it will be after the trip huh? That is gonna be hard to give a talk in english!! haha The first week back before the Cost Rica trip what should we do?? I will only have 2 months after before i start college if i do it in the summer semester.. that is crazy!! How are the plans for the trip though? what are we gonna do the 7 days there in Guanacaste? 
  Have you guys gotten out in the field lately? what slackers!! Tell Tyler to step it up a bit and get you guys out there to tag out!! 
 These last few months are gonna be crazy... everyday i just feel so weird know that its almost over.. im kinda nervous for whats gonna happen after the mish, i never felt nervous before until like a couple days ago. Im scared that all the temptations of all the crap are gonna hit me all at once, i dont like that! It is gonna be crazy!! I gotta get hitted quick so i dont have any temptations with them gals! haha Are you guys doing your family nights?
  Its crazy cuz the ward here in my area is having some problems with members.. they just arent dedicated. So we figured out the problem, none of them are doing the basic stuff.. reading the scrips, praying, and having their family nights! So the bishop bric started interviewing each family, one by one to make sure they are back on track, and now we are starting to see a diference. Its crazy how the basic and simple stuff are so important and make a huge diference. The mission work here is getting really hard.. before we were having a ton of babtisms, but now its really hard. We will se what happens! 
  Its weird, i feel really different ever since Lamo left.. i feel really home sick sometimes, and its hard. But everytime i leave the house i feel great and want to keep working. But its just hard when i come back to the house and in the mornings before we leave to work.
  How is braden doing? and chase. do you talk to them a lot? I miss them! I cant believe that the hansen family is all split up... im gonna miss having them all close by. Oh and do you remember Dallin Cutler.. bradens friend from high school.. im in the same exact area that he was in when he served here... and im helping one of his converts come back to church.. it really weird and cool! You gotta tell Braden. Well i gotta bounce, i love you all a ton.

Hey family, how is everyone??

  Im doing really well, my comps name is Elder Nape, he is mexican, i like him a lot!! Hes a really hard worker and should be could to keep me focused for the last couple months of my mish, i will probably have changes on the 3 of december though.. cuz i will have 6 months being here in La Loma. Holy cow time is really flyin by... not gonna lie.. the day after Lamo left, i was kinda depressed... haha just cuz i missed him and it was a big change from a gringo to a latino.. but its all good!! :) My comp only has a year in the mish. Oh and so you know... Lamoreauxs homecoming is on November 11th. So you should find him on facebook and look him up and call him, Justin Lamoreaux is his name.

  So that is sick you started the basement dad!! But i dont know what you think about this... what if you put my room over in the north west corner of the basement? And we could leave the gym where it was, and put a walk in gun safe right next to the fruit room?? would that work or no? And i would like some part of the basement to have carpet.. and then where the pool and pingpong table goes could be stained concrete...just cuz here in Costa Rica they dont have carpet! And my feet havent felt soft carpet in TWO years!! hahaAlso i would really like a walk in closet also.. so thats why i think it would be best to have my room over in the opposite corner of the gym. Like where the window is to the backyard. But tell me what you think would be best... cuz i want it to be sick!
 Wow papa is getting surgery.. that sucks! Are they still good to go on the trip?? Did you plan things out with Kenzie?? That is so sick that you are working now Majerle.ats sick you guys got out in the woodsfinally!!! You need to go out for a week straight dude... youre slackin!!! You need to put some antlers on the wall!

  So today we went to the zoo and stuff, it was sick! we saw a bunch of tucans, lion, jaguar, just the normal stuff haha So that is sick that you are crazy busy Mom, i bet your loving being cheercoach!!

 Hey you guys need to read my letters right before you write back... i feel like i ask a bunch of questions and then i never get the answer or anything!! haha READ and ANSWER my emails please!!And you guys never told me what you thought about the plan for the trip here, that i wrote last week...you guys never answer my questions...! That is so crazy about the ward split... are there really that many members there in our neighborhood? How many members are in our ward now? Are they going to change the stake presidency? How is Papa and Nana doing with their callings? Have you heard anything about the missionaries going to Lisa and Joes house?? Hows Jake doing?

  So i still havent gotten the package!! how crazy is that?? what do you think happened to it? Are you guys excited for Halloweeen, and thanksgiving,,, and Christmas?? holy cow i still have a bunch of holidays left here in Costa Rica haha...

Well i love you guys a ton!!! Look and the drawing of the basement plans and tell me what you think.. if you can do it exactly like that... it would be best.. but your the contracter haha i know that you already started on my room over by the gym, but if you can maybe change it to over there in the other corner id love it, but if there is not enough room or any problem like that, i would still love it there where the gym was!!

hey family,

  How is everyone there? Im pretty good!! Wow these past two days have been really trunky with elder lamoreaux, just saying his goodbyes to the members!! haha I hope my new comp is a hard worker so i can finish really really strong!! And yes i am staying in La Loma.. i think i might stay here til the end of my mish. Only 4 months... time goes by so freakin fast it is crazy!! So everythig still good and planned for the trip back? Are we gonna go to Manual Antonio? i think it would be sick for like half a day or something!! So the first 3 days we could go visit the members and stuff and go to the temple... im pretty sure that the temple is open on saturdays.. so we could go on the 9th of March early in the morning and then head to Turrialba and Paraiso to go visit some members there, and then on sunday we could come back here to La Loma and go to church and then after visit the members here.? Sound good? what time do we get to Costa Rica on the 8th??? what could we do on that day? go meet president Wilkinson and his fam? Who is all going on the trip still?? Did you talk to Kenzie???? please try and get her to come, i would love that!

  So what else is new? I bet it is crazy mom, with all the stuff you do, your great!! So is it hard to remember everything for like the cheer routines and all that? Do you get payed? How much longer are you gonna be doing it for? Just until Majerle graduates? Are there any cute gals on the team that you could talk me up about and stuff? haha Be searching among them to see if one is dateable!! :)

  Oh and about the basement... that will be sick... i have it ALL planned out baby!! i drew a pic, but i forgot to bring it!! You should put my room in the far north corner, not where the weight room is... and the bathroom right next to it, next week i will send you the pic of how i think it would be sick!! And then we can make the room where the weight set is a gym, and then on the big wall where the stairs are and next to the ping pong table can be the trophy wall!! You should put half carpet and half staned cement.. that would be sick.. cuz i would like some couches and a tv down there by my room. And then also, next to the fruit room, we HAVE to have a walk in gun safe baby... how sick would that be? we gotta do it!! but you should save that part so that i can build it with you dad!! It will be sick! Im pretty positive that i wanna go to UVU, but it aint for sure yet... i still wanna pray more about it and see what the big man wants me to do!! 

  I still havent gotten the package!!! :( how weird is that... i might get it tomorrow... hopefully it has gotten here by now!! Tomorrow is the change meeting! Today is my last day with elder Lamoreaux! :( im gonna miss him! Oh his homecoming is on March 11th, and its in the chapel right by Nana and Papa, he almost lives right by them now. He lives like right next to the Iceberg and Kneaders there by Nana and Papas. So you guys gotta go!! 

  So the work is going great!! there are some families that are really sick that we are teaching... they are just not wanting to get babtised quite yet... even tho they are ready and have testimonies and everything... there is another family that is awesome that is just waiting for the dad to get the papers from his divorce with his exwife so he can get married with his wife to be able to get babtised!! They are SOOO awesome though.. they read the BOM everyday without missing a single day!! The work is going great!!!

Hey family,

   HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!

   I love you guys a ton, Majerle and Maddi,,, please behave, and LIVE the gospel!! Mom and Dad, you need to disipline them more, that is great you are doing your family nights, and reading the scriptures, i cant tell you how many families here in the mission have changed their lives through scripture study of the book of mormon!! READ IT! tell majerle to read her emails, i sent her one!!

  That will be sick dad, to go to the pond, i bet you will love it!! Are you gonna go fly fishing, or rod fishing? Are you just gonna go by yourself, or with Buck or someone. I cant believe you are already 45 years old!! What an old fart!!! haha I hope you have a great bday!!

  That really bugs me about Majerle and Maddi. they better buck up!!

 So yeah i think that would be so much sicker to have my bedroom downstairs, that would be cool to have it when i get back. And then maybe after we could finish the rest of the basement together. But you can make my room and a bathroom down there now if you want. :) Dang i would love grandma to come!! tell her to get doing the thereapy, but obviously i think your desicion was correct dad. Is Jake and Tyler gonna be able to come? And Tonya is still coming right?

  So ALL my clothes are there still besides the Jordan jersey?? All my camo and everything right?? I sure hope so!! ha The elk looks sick up there in my room, maybe when i move my room downstairs we can change my upstairs room to the Trophy Room!! Lets do it!! Hey you guys never answered me about the texas thing.. do you think that would be possible for chase brock and their wives and Joe and lisa come and meet me in the airport on my way home..? what parts of texas do they live in? I havent gotten the package yet... hopefully it gets here soon!!

Hey family, whats up?
  Im doing really well, we had a great conference weekend... i hate how fast it went though!! UGH, conference is like Christmas when youre on the mission. haha i loved it a ton!! We downloaded the talks onto Lamos ipod so we can listen to them again, haha We watched it there in the church, it was sick cuz me and Lamo watched it in English in the office of the church on the internet, so we had a private room to ourselves haha After the priesthood session on saturday, this member took us out to eat chinese food, it was really nice!! That member is sick, i wanna come back and visit him with you guys, he speaks english like a gringo.. i swear he is a gringo!! Thats sooo crazy about the missionary age now... Im soo mad... now there are gonna be so much hotter sister missionaries cuz usually before, all the ugly ones that couldnt get married headed out to waste time, but now all the hot ones can leave and still get married young... classic!! what im mad about is that i wasnt able to see all of them in the MTC... just a lil late. hahah jk but seriously.. 
  So your elk mount is sick dad.. it is actually a lot bigger than i thought it was!! Was it an old elk, cuz its got a sticker on the front brow tine.. that looks sick! Have you not gone out to fill your deer tag?? Get out there dude!! Also you need to go duck hunting and find some of the hot spots so you can take me when i get back... get out there in the field dude!! 
  So a couple days ago we had our normal interviews with President with the zone. it was great. I love interviews with President, in fact he helped me out a lot with my desicion on when to go to school, even though it wasnt my final interview, he asked me some questions about where and when i would go to school. So i was like, "should hunting be a part of my life?" and he was like of course... if you love it you gotta do it! And he said that he went to school in summer term and liked it a lot. If i were to go during the summer i would probably go to UVU, it would just be easier!! So he said it would be a good idea as long as it doesnt interfear with church and school during the summer. But i still need to do some more thinking and prayin! He also did the final interview of my comp and Lamo said it was awesome and now he knows exactly what he needs to do in life.. i cant wait for mine for him to help me!!
  Hey question... has is my room lookin? No one has taking or stolen anything right??! Please make sure its exactly how i left it!! All my camo still there and my arrows? everything still there?? I think i might keep the Carbon Element, would that be ok dad? Just keep your bow just incase and if i like the Element the we will do that, but we will see when i get back! Thanks for sending the package.. hopefully it gets here soon! :) 
   I cant believe you guys went to that resort there in Midway... i loved that place when we went there!! Just you guys and Buck and Trish and Nana and Papa went? 
 So yeah, Lamo leaves in like 2 weeks, im pretty sure that i will stay in La Loma though, cuz being a Zone Leader you have to know the area and usually they dont do a whitewash with zoneleaders, so its like a 90% chance that i will stay here for a couple more months, i might even die here and finish, i would like that a lot. President talked to us the other day and explained that he is gonna leave elders in their areas longer, for like 6-9 months normally, usually before it was like 2-4 months in one area haha 
   That will be so sic for nana and papa to go to Texas, im jealous, i wanna see Joe and Lisa so bad!! What do you guys think about them and Chase and Brock being in the airport in texas to visit and see them for a while before i head to SLC. I would love that! Are you serious about dads workers.. that is crazy! That is great for them!!

Hey family,

 I'm doing really well!! I love the mish. We are working hard and everything is going well. We did actually baptise that other family, it was awesome. It was also a part member family! The guy finally got baptised and is loving it!! It was cool to baptise two families in 2 weeks. Hopefully we have some more baptisms soon. Our goal is to baptise every week before my comp heads home on the 25th of October. This week we were hoping to have a baptism, but we forgot its general conference... so we will see if we can do it in between sessions on Saturday or Sunday.. maybe. If not we have some other families that can get baptised soon, but we will see what happens!! I want you to meet some of these families too. Between the 3 days that we will be here in San Jose, we have a lot of stuff to do. haha There is also a place here called Gringo Alley, its a HUGE alley way of booths with like souvenirs and cool stuff from Costa Rica, we will have to go there!! Then the temple, and meet my Pres. and all the members and my converts. I will probably wanna go to church here in this ward on the first Sunday we are here though, so tell everyone to bring there church clothes.. even Jake and Tonya and stuff!!! :) Jake can still come right?? Everyone bought there tickets and everything already? What is the hotel called here in San Jose? Marriott what? All the activities there in the beach resort are all inclusive.. or do we have to pay more to be able to like 4wheel and ride horses? 
  My comp already has his flight plans, crazy huh, he gets home at 8 o'clock at night on the 25th. I hope i get home around 5 or 6ish in the afternoon. You know what would be sick also, i will probably have a lay over there in Texas, so maybe like Joe and Lisa, and Brock and chase can come meet me there in the Texas airport for the layover. And i could see them and stuff and visit!! I would love that so much!! but we will have to plan it with them later! 
  You got the new iPhone? that is so sick!! What is different from the iPhone 4s? That is awesome that you finished Home Coming week mom, i bet they did awesome. You are so good with teenager girls. Young Women's and Cheer Squad. I cant believe Braden got put to center, that will be cool, hows he looking for the NFL? that would be awesome if he could go, i bet he will!! So is it weird that it is already Halloween, here they definitely do not celebrate Halloween cuz they think it is worshiping the devil.. haha They are so freaked out that we celebrate it! Funny huh? Next weekend will be sick, we are gonna watch conference in the chapel here in La Loma. So i will be cool!! La Loma is like part of San Jose, and part of Desamparados, which is like saying Draper is part of Salt Lake City. So we will be really close on our trip for the first three days. 
  Today we went to Gringo Alley to buy stuff for Lamo, nick nacks for the fam. It was cool, and then we went to Costco and bought food, and ate pizza again. Now we are gonna go home and take a nap. and then we have a family home evening with a member family and some investigators. So it should be good. 
  So dad the seasons for elk are perfect to hunt in Utah and Colorado, the draw is in February and April, so we gotta put in for them both. Then we gotta get into duck hunting!! Too bad Joe is in Texas cuz i really wanna get into that also. I think i made my decision about school being in the summer, cuz if i do school in the winter and fall, i wont be able to focus, cuz church and hunting on the weekends would be really hard, but if i study in the summer then in the fall i can hunt during the week and then focus on church on Sunday and stuff. right? i could do an apprentice for a dentist or orthodontist while studying also, what do you think about that?
  Well I'm excited to finish out strong these last 5 months, and help these families get converted to the gospel. I love you guys so much. Talk to ya later

Hey fam.
   So i cant believe i only have 5 months left... i am soo excited but also sad!!.. but mostly excited! haha I cant wait to walk down the escalators in the airport and see you guys! But I'm way excited to finish the mish, we have some great families here and its really a great time we are having!! Elder Lamoreaux goes home on Oct. 25th. You guys should go to his homecoming! that would be sick!! 
  That is sooo sick you are the cheer coach mom!! What is the high school called anyways? Do you get payed?? Do you favor Majerle and stuff though? haha Dont you have to have a license or something for that though?? I bet you love that Majerle! Now mom can keep you more in line and stuff! Do you have an assistant coach or anything? Too bad lisa isnt there to help, that woulda been sick!! 
  So i cant believe you guys havent gotten out there to hunt dad!! That is just plain sad!! I have it all planned out... The hunt in 2013 in Utah starts on the 18th of August, and ends the 14th of September, Then the hunt in colorado starts the 30th of August and ends on the 31st of September.... so we can hunt them both, im gonna put in for a limited entry elk tag in both Utah and Colorado, hopefully we at least get one of them, and then i will just buy and over the counter elk tag for whichever one i dont draw out for. Then hopefully i can go up to Idaho and hunt with Elder Kurta in like October and tag a big ole bull also... that would be sick!! Then on the 6th of October is when the duck season starts... a week after elk season... then we can get into gear for that! I would really like to get into that also!! Some of my buddies here are way into it, so it would be sick! Its perfect... We can put in for the draw in Colorado in March, and then Feb. for Utah.. Then in the summer we can make some trips up there to scout and get to know the country up there. What year is your Hoyt Carbon though? does it have the RKT cams? what color are the strings? What is the draw weight on the limbs?? 70-80 lbs right?? We gotta plan these hunts really well though!!
  I saw the video of Boston... that is so funny! haha he is way big now!! 
So last week we baptised a family that is sooo awesome.... finally the family that I've told you about for a while got baptised... its the family that reminds me of Joe and Lisa.. he was inactive for 25 years and we got him back going and taught his wife.. she is alot like Lisa.. even the way her voice sounds and the way she acts haha But she got baptised and it was awesome... last week we had some really spiritual lessons with her. We were all like crying during the lesson, it was cool! Then this week there is another family getting baptised... its another part member family, the wife got baptised like 4 years ago and he never did, even though he went to church every Sunday, he just never wanted to get baptised... and now finally he is gonna do it, so we are excited!! 
  So that is pretty much how the work is going... we have a bunch of other families that are probably gonna be for October. That should be fun!! 
  Well i love you guys a ton, talk to you next week, Oh and SEND ME THE ELK JERKY YA LAZY! haha

Hey fam.

 Hows it goin? Im doing great! So i know i gotta make school a priority... but if i go to school during the summer i can still work really hard studying and stuff and then in the winter i can focuse on hunting... wouldnt that be even better.. cuz during the fall im gonna wanna go on like week long hunts... and if im studying i will have to miss some days of school... or i wont be able to hunt as much. And during the summer i can go flyfishing during the weekends. I dont know though... Its a really HARD desicion to make!! But when can i start praying about stuff like that? do i have to wait closer to the end of my mish to be able to pray about where to go to school? 

   The thing is, i wanna put in for like 5 different states for next season.... Oregon, we can stay in Bucks cabin and go hunt up there. Idaho and go hunt up where Elder Kurta lives on his ranch. Colorado, and go hunt the rut for like a week straight. And also Utah and put in for the limited entry tags. I wanna be able to draw out for all those states.. especially in Colorado. That is the type of hunting that i wanna do.. and if i wait til after school to hunt like crazy... im gonna be way old!!! I cant focus on my studies without distractions in the summer and get better grades cuz ill be focused. When do you put in for tags? February or January?? We need to start scopin out the area there in Colorado and Oregon and stuff.. you need to make some calls to the DWR in those states... and get serious man... you have a Hoyt now. haha Dude get up there in the woods to tag out with your deer tag, you cant tag out unless you put in the hours. 

  So guys.. the work is going great... this weekend we should have at least 2 families getting babtised!! :) Last night the second counselor in the bishopbric called us and was like, "I just got an interesting call", he said it in english by the way cuz he speaks it. Then he continues explaining us saying, "There is a family in the ward that is having a hard time with their marriage and stuff. The husband, Luis, just called me and said he wants to get babtised!!" Luis is a nonmember that has been going to church for 3 years and hasnt wanted to get babtised yet. He is practically a member, just not babtised. His wife is a member and got babtised 3 years ago. But obviously something happened and the Lord softened his heart and humbled him and now has a desire to repent and get babtised. So we are way excited. we have a family home evening with him today so that will be good. And we are hopin to get some other families here in the water and convirted!! 

 Our zone is doing really well. Me and my comp are working hard to help the other missionaries and to get them excited and stuff. So we should have a really great turn out this month!! Today we played soccer with the zone and then went and ate pizza at costco and bought some stuff! haha Have you guys tried Mate? its a drink from Argentina that tastes sooo good and me and my comp are drinking it! Also President Wilkinson changed the rule on Coke... we can now drink it... it is sooo awesome! I sure missed it! Haha

  That is so sick Mom!! That will be so cool for you to be the cheer teacher!!! I bet you will be so great! Are you gonna quit work or what? How is that one thing goin... do we have the ranch yet?? ;)

Costa Rica earthquake

Following a 7.6 magnitude earthquake in northwestern Costa Rica Wednesday morning, Scott Trotter, a spokesman for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, reported on the status of missionaries serving in the Costa Rica San José Mission, the only mission in the country.

"All missionaries in the affected area are safe. The church continues to monitor the situation and is prepared to respond as needed," Trotter said.

The earthquake was originally registered as a 7.9 magnitude quake before being revised to 7.6 on the Richter scale. It struck just outside the small town of Hojancha, around 80 miles from San José, Costa Rica's largest city. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has canceled all tsunami warnings for the area.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has one temple and more than 38,000 members in Costa Rica, according to the LDS Church's 2012 Almanac.

Hey family!!!
  So yesterday..... was the coolest experience EVER... guess what happened..... fetching President Henry B. Eyring, Elder Russel Ballard, and Elder Todd D Christofferson..... three apostles.... came to Costa Rica, and wanted a meeting ONLY with the missionaries.... how cool is that?? We got to shake their hands and meet them personally!! They came and talked to us about the gospel... it was soo awesome... i love them so much!!! You could just see like a light coming off their body!! They main things that they talked to us about were, the book of Mormon and why it is soo awesome, Joseph Smith, and the Restoration, and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.... it was way way awesome... it was like our own personal general conference... President Wilkinson was sooooo excited.. you shoulda seen the look and smile on his face the whole time! He said that has never happened to any other mission, that 3 apostles have arrived just to talk to them!!! The meeting with them was a couple hours after change meeting. I learned so many things from them though... and felt the spirit rush in the room right when they walked in the room!! Oh and by the way... Elder Lamoureaux doesn't have changes... and nether did i... I'm gonna be with him until he finishes.. we are way excited!! We actually asked Pres. Wilkinson to not change us and he listened to us. So we are excited!! 
  About the earthquake... so here is the story.... So i get out of the shower and all ready for the day like a normal day and sit down to start my personal study, just enjoying reading the book of Mormon and all the sudden i see the closet shaking, i tell Lamo to stop jumping up and down... and he says, "I'm not jumping."... haha all the sudden it starts shaking even harder... and i was like what the fetch.. its an earthquake hahhahah It was really weird but really cool... it was shaking pretty hard.. we live on the 2nd floor so we could see all the other roof tops shaking also... my comp actually recorded it! It wasn't scary at all though.. cuz it wasn't very strong... not one house got damaged where we were though... The place that it was big though was Guanacaste... like 2 people died there or something. but where we are.. nothing happened!!! BUt the cool thing is, that on the day of the earthquake, ALL the missionaries from Guanacaste, and Puntarenas.. just so happened to have a conference with President Wilkinson that day... so all of them were here in San Jose, where nothing happened... How cool is that? President told us how grateful he was to be able to receive the revelation from god and take them out of their zones the same day the earthquake hit... without even knowing that was gonna happen!! It was really cool!!!
  So the house looks really sick! I'm so excited!! What is the Marriot that we are staying at the first 3 days? In San Jose? Also you never answered me... Who are all the people that are coming?? This trip is gonna be so fun!! Oh and the other thing is... Elder Lamoreaux wants to come down the Costa Rica after the family trip, so i was thinkin.. what if he comes down here like the 17th of March and i will just stay with him here for a couple of days?? and we will just stay in houses of members and stuff for like 3 or 4 days? Also how many plane tickets do you guys have left? He said he will buy one of the tickets that we have from our sky miles or something... what do you guys think?
   Gosh i don't know what i should do for school when i get home... cuz if i go to BYU Idaho with these kids, i will be going in the fall and winter semester.... that means very LIMITED hunting.... and if i go to school during the summer, i would have to start right when i get home.. which i don't want,.. and i wouldn't be going with them! I am in a pickle, I just don't know what to do! Also Elder Kurta, says he knows a ton of outfitters and he could get me a job, also Elder Schefler says the same thing, cuz his brother works for MOSSBACK outfitters and said he could get me a job and like the packboy and then i can work my way up to a guide... he said his brother was with Doyle Moss when he shot the Spider Bull... how sick is that? The thing is... i just wanna hunt... i wanna study too but also hunting being like 60 or 70% of my life.. haha That's why i would like to study during the summer or something!! What do you think i should do Mom and Dad?
  Yeah you gotta send me a huge bag of elk jerky dad... that will be sick!! So that is good the company is doing well... do you think your gonna be expanding a ton soon? How many employees do you have in total? So you gotta get up there huntin this last week of the hunt man!! Oh did you know that there is an elder here that owns all the mountains above bucks cabin there in Bear Lake.... he said he has like 1000 acres or something and that he gets like 20 tags from the state per year... he said when i get back he is gonna take me up there and we can hunt his property... He said he can tag a monster mulley the first day of the hunt on his land!! Too bad you cant go up there and hunt his property with your deer tag... well you could.. but he doesn't finish the mish for a couple more months. hahah Also Elder Kurta owns like 2000 acres there in Idaho... right next to BYU Idaho... and he gets 75 tags per year for elk and deer... Some tags are year round!!! Crazy huh?? He said he is gonna take me elk, deer, cougar, and wolf hunting when we get back... he is the nice one that was with me in the MTC... remember? So I'm excited to go hunt there!! 
  Oh and the guy with tatts and the pistol in that pic is a recent convert... he got baptised like 3 weeks ago... i didn't baptise him, but the sisters in my zone did... and so i had to do the interview... then i had to have President Wilkinson go to the interview of him, cuz he and done some crazy stuff... but he had repented completely and him and his wife just got baptised... he has some crazy stories that he told me in the interview... we both were just crying cuz his life has been so sad... its the guy that lived in Philadelphia for most of his life and was a gang member there! He speaks perfect English and everything! 
  So yea thanks so much for the package.. i liked it!! So crazy i practically only have 5 months left!! Time is starting to go by really fast!! I love you guys a ton and cant wait to hear from you next week!!

Hey family....

 SO first off..... congrats mom and dad for your anniverasary!!! :) You guys are the best parents ever!! LOVE YOU! And a big round of applause for you dad.... you did it!! :) that is so sick you tagged out!! 
  It might be a lil guy... but its still a bull! ;) haha jk that is a good lookin bull!! Its a great first kill with a bow bull!! So how much meat did you get out? The european mount will look really sick! where are you gonna put it? Im so excited for you dude!!! That story is classic!!! You will be able to remember that for forever!! I cant wait to do that when i get home... but im gonna tag a monster... not a lil spike... ;) hahah When is the mount gonna be done?? Are you gonna go back up next weekend for bucks tag? you gotta go back up there man!!! 
 Well i dont have that much time left... i wasted a lot of time looking at the pics and reading the story, and there was something wrong with the internet... Well i love you guys a ton and i will talk to you next week... i will write a lot more next week!! Pura Vida!!!

Hey fam. what up!!

How is everyone?? I'm doing really well!! Its crazy how time is going by really fast... i don't like it, but then again i do!! That is sick that majerle is liking cheer... those pics are really sweet!! What is her high school called again? When does she graduate... like a couple months after i get home right? That is sooo crazy!!! Where are you gonna go to college Majerle?? Me and my comp have figured it out... we are gonna go to BYU............................IDAHO baby!!! haha there is a group of my friends here in the mish that we are thinking we are gonna go there... good huntin... hot chicks... close to home... and good huntin... hahha i think it would be really sick!!! Im ether gonna do that or like Wait until the next January of 2014 to start up college at UVU... idk really!! I have a lot of decisions  to make!!! That's sick that nana and papa are moved... They don't know where they are gonna move to after this temporary house? Tell them to move somewhere sick!!!

   How is work mom? Hows your calling going? I miss you a ton! What else is new? You never told me about your job and the case that was gonna make bank to be able to buy the ranch...? haha How are the girls treating you?

 What else is new in the family? Dad you gotta get back up there this next week and bag a bull for buck... don't forget to video tape it man!!! But tell him to wait for a giant to come up.... like the ones on the trail cam... haha Dude when i get back where are we gonna go huntin? I wanna buy a sick guided elk hunt somewhere so i can bag a big ol monster... so get plannin dude! When is the mount gonna be ready? Have you tried the back straps or anything yet? So do you like your bow? Your camo is Realtree AP?

  So today the zone went paintballin again... hhaa classic.. it was way fun also!! Our zone destroyed the other zone! Now we are just here in San Jose center chillin, its gonna be so cool for us to be walking down the center street of San Jose on our trip! So its for sure that we are gonna go to JW Marriot? That will be cool. I'm way excited... who all is coming again?? Hey dad you have a bunch of free tickets from your work right? How many exactly? What are we gonna do the whole time there in Guanacaste?

  I'm so excited to see you guys.. even tho its 5 months away... it still seems way close... but im a kick some butt here in Costa Rica and finish strong!! I hope they don't change me from here... i love this area... its so awesome!!! We are teaching 4 families that all have goals and a date to get baptised... they are soo cool! All of them really are strong in the church and all have testimonies... which is the most important!! How cool would that be if we baptised 4 families in one month just here in my area... that would be cool!! We are having a lot of success!! :) The families have just little challenges and stuff... but i know were are gonna be able to fix them so they can get baptised... most of the stuff is small, like one family has to get married, the other has to quit drinking coffee, and the rest are ready now! We should have the baptism of that one family, that reminds me of Joe and Lisa, getting baptised this next Saturday!! That would be really cool!!

  But i love you Mom and Dad a ton and you guys too Majerle and Maddi!! :) talk to you next week!

Hey family... how is everyone?? I'm doing really well, not gonna lie... I'm a lil trunky.. my comp is almost dead and talks about home a lot.. and i always am thinking about getting up there on the mountain with you dad.. haha Classic. But i know i need to keep working hard and finish out these next 6 months. It will be fun and awesome!! 
 So that sounds really sick about the beach house and everything.. I'm way excited!!! So what are some of the activities that were gonna do in Guanacaste and stuff? Snorklin, Surfin, Hikin, Eating....?? Whats the plans? Send me some pics of the beach house and everything.. i wanna see it!! Honestly i have no clue about a hotel in San Jose.. does the travel agent not know anywhere? What time does our flight leave from Utah? Are we gonna rent a car or a bus or something?? Tell me some more details about the trip..
  So dad i cant believe you didn't tag out... I'm disappointed.. haha jk.. but seriously. So this weekend you gotta show we what you got man!!! You and BUCK!! Are you not gonna go camp up there or what?? You didn't even tell me details or anything!!! Did you try bugling or anything like that, or did you just spot and stalk?? What are you gonna do to change your method and so you can tag out? You probably just have your draw length too long.. that's probably why its doing that with your bow.. isn't is awesome though??? I cant wait to buy mine! Did Tyler go up with you guys last weekend? did you guys camp there? When are you gonna go with Bridger? Don't forget to talk to him about the outfitter job. You gotta tell me some more details about the hunt and what you guys are planning and stuff!! Those videos were way sick!!! I cant believe the elk are still in velvet... i hate velvet racks!! When are they saying the rut will start then? There is no snow or anything? Let me know your plan for the rest of the season dude!!!
  That would be awesome to get that package.. cuz my shoes have big holes in them. And i don't like my socks cuz they also have holes. So send me like 12 pairs of Nike sports socks please, long and black. And some good shoes that wont break.. good ones to walk in... not like the ones you sent last time... hahah and maybe some cool little things and stuff!!! Maybe a magazine on guns and bows and stuff... cuz the cabala's one does have guns or (HOYT bows), So one with all kinds of new shotguns and rifles and stuff, with their prices, and then the 2013 hoyt magazine. :) PS: Please send me those exact things :)
 So the families we are teaching are awesome... we are having a lot of success.. we just baptised a really cool lady last Saturday.. and her kids are gonna get baptised hopefully this next couple weeks.. just some of them are having problems with their cigarette and beer adictions.. but they really wanna change so it will be awesome! Also we have some other families that should be good for this next month of September! :) So we are really excited for that!! Changes are on the 10th of September... i hope i don't have changes.. i really like this area and my comp... the members are awesome, there are a ton of good families and stuff and so i don't wanna leave.. but we will see!! That is soooo awesome that Nana and Papa did that!! I'm sooo excited to have them in the temple.. now we can all go to the Costa Rican Temple on our trip.! 
 That's awesome mom, you went to Tommys birthday... where was it at?? I bet grandma loved that also!! How did you get invited? Oh and thanks for doing that with my plaque.. i bet it looks awesome!! What pictures did you choose?? What is my plaque like... i didn't know they made me a plaque... is it cool, what does it say? Mom i bet you are way stressed with the girls.. they are really really hard girls... haha but that is awesome that you can pray and receive the strength of the lord to help you!! Your a great mom!!!!

Hey family.
 I'm great, and its great to hear you guys are doing great also. So I'm loving this change with my comp. hes really sick, and i love being with a gringo so much more.. no offense to the Latinos. Its just a culture thing! haha So we are doing really well... these past 5 weeks we have had like 10-13 investigators in church every week.. its really awesome! So we should have a couple families gettin baptised soon! :) The zone is doing really good too, but i don't know if we will complete the goal for this month.. i hope so though! So i watched this church movie last night on my comps ipod.. its called ¨One Good Man¨. Its sooo sick! have you guys seen it? Cuz its such a good movie.. i wanna be like that guy when i grow up! So that's awesome that Lisa came to visit... any news about the church with her? or the missionaries?? I miss Joe and Lisa a ton!! And everyone! 
  So how is Romney doing in the elections? Is he gonna be the new Pres? Hows the Cowboys doing? What is the beach house called? i wanna look it up!! I'm really excited.. are we gonna stay in the beach house the whole 7 days? For the 3 days here in San Jose, i would like to visit this area, La Loma, also id like to visit Turrialba, and i don't know where else.. the temple and visit President Wilkinson also. So the 2 Sundays that we will be here for, where are we gonna go to church at? Id like to go here to La Loma the first Sunday, and maybe some other ward the next Sunday!! I asked a bunch of people to see what day i would be home, and a lot of people told me that its always 2 years and 5 days exactly... I'm pretty sure.. so we should be good for the trip! :) What all are we gonna do during the 7 days?? Do you not have your travel agent anymore??
  Dad i cant believe you broke your bow dude!! That sucks.... that's what you get for buying a PSE(Piece of Sucky Equipment!!) You gotta trade in your bow right now and buy the Hoyt Carbon Element!!!! cuz that's what I'm buying right when i get home!!! That is really cool you are seeing a bunch of elk though... So the first week how are you gonna hunt? Spot and Stock? Are you gonna try and call them in? Are they gonna be in rut? What is your strategy?? Cuz you gotta have a game plan before... not just walking around in the forest. haha That will be sick to see the videos of the trail cam.. send them to me asap! I cant believe the hunt is already starting this week!! How many days are you gonna be in Current Creek for? Are you gonna take some horses up? When are you going with Bridger? Have you talked to him about the outfitter? Does Tyler have any tags this year?? PS: Answer all the questions please!
   Mom I'm so glad you had a good time at young women's.. i bet it was sick!! That is so awesome you are doing good on your diet.. i bet you will look great!! So Mom i think it would be too hard to talk online classes.. people tell me its like 10x harder!! Can you research up a bit about the colleges, like what months would the summer term be and how many credits i could get, and things like that! Also mom how is that one job you had going? Did you get it? How are you Majerle and Maddi?? Its good to hear you are in cheer Majerle, and not just sitting on your butt like usually..! Good job about your ex boyfriend.. you cant date guys like that!! What happened to liking country boys? You ain't country anymore? Maddi what are you up to now? have you been out shooting with dad lately?? get out there with him and hunt!! 
  So yeah i bought some cowboy boots here, like 5 months ago.. i wear them every once in a while... :) they are sick!!! But my regular shoes that i wear are kind of boots, but not really.. in fact they are really worn out, and have a couple holes.. honestly i hate the shoes here... ived had to buy sooo many pares.. you guys should send me a pair of nice shoes.. but not dress shoes... like boots or something... and send me some nike long/black socks please.. the socks you send me are good, but they are dress shoe socks.. they get holes in them in like a week.. nike sport socks are better! :) Other than that.. i think I'm good with my clothes! Well i love you guys a ton and i will talk to you guys next week! :) Get out there and tag a monster bull dad... good luck!!!

Hey family.
 Whats up? im doing really well here!! My comp is really sick.. its so wierd being with a kid from utah that is so chill! It doesnt feel like we are really comps.. it feels like a dream or something.. the time is going by soo much faster for some reason! Classic! The past week has just flown by! So we are doing really good here in our area.. we are doing alright in the zone.. but here really really well! Hopefully this week we will have some more babtisms and a couple families this month! So we are excited! Also Last saturday we got to go to a cealing of a family that i babtised like a year ago... it was awesome!!! SOOOO COOOl to see them again and especial be in the temple with them for their first time and see them get sealed like that! I loved it!! The crazy part is... my comp served in that same area where i babtised them like a couple months after i did, so he had already met that family and stuff, so it was cool that we both knew the family and both were there for their sealing!! It was cool! 
  Thats sick dad that you like the binos... Now you gotta buy some other sick thing!! How sure are you that youre gonna tag out? You gotta work harder with it tho.. so that you can be prepared for the date right!! How are the trail cams? any good pics? Im so excited about this tag man!! So the next time you see Brider, talk to him about the outfitter!!! I am gonna study during the summer so i can hunt all fall!! that will be awesome!! What is the difference between the element and the Hoyt Carbon element? I cant wait to buy that!! There are three things that i want when i get back and that is one of them!! :) I wanna study during the summer and work at an outfitter during the winter!! That would be so perfect! But like what months does fall quarter start, and what months does summer quarter start?? Can i get the same amount of credits during the summer semester? Are there the same classes during summer also? Do all colleges have summer quarter? 
  Holy cow that is so awesome that Joe and Lisa are having another baby!!! Im so excited!! I hope that it is another boy! We gotta go visit them in texas on our way back... actually im sure our plane goes to texas on the way back... maybe we could just spend a couple days in texas after or something.. or i could.. cuz there are a ton of people in texas i wanna visit.. Chase, Brock, Joe and Lisa, and there are some Elders here that are chill, so that would be sick to visit them too there! 
  Oohhh mom that would be awesome to get that account!! I hope you get it.. but you will.. your and awesome worker!! Ill pray for it.. then we can buy a huge ranch in Montana or something!! :)
 Im really loving the mission though its awesome.. the families we are teaching are sooo cool!! I know that the families can be together forever. I know that this is the only true church on the face of the earth! That everyone that doesnt know it, will know it after they die and will have the opportunity to accept it, if they didnt deny it here on earth! I love how Christ came here to save us and that all our famiily can be saved if we help them to come back to church and to get to know it! I cant wait to have a family of my own. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that all that read it will understand Jesus Christ´s atonement better that any other book can help us understand. I know that with out my mission i would have had a dark and lonesome life cuz ive now gained a testimony of these things and im going to apply them to my life after the mish. I love my God. and i say this things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Hey family!
 How are you guys? im doing great! My comp had changes today and i got my new comp... he is sick! Hes from Lehi!! hah crazy huh! So im way excited to have his as a comp! His name is Elder Lameroux and he has 21 months in the mish! This is gonna be really sick.. i love having gringos for comps cuz they are so much cooler... not being racist right!
  So this month was good, we had some families get babtised and everything and some really cool things happen. Also almost half the zone had changes!! We also had the transfer meeting today with President Wilkinson and his whole family.. he is so awesome! i love that guy... he was chopping heads and telling the bad elders to repent and stuff... haha classic! Everyone felt the spirit so strong!! Also his family is way nice!! So today was really good.. also tonight we have some family nights with some members and investigators and so we are really excited! There are only 2 mission cars.. and only the aps and secretaries can use them.. no one else! Being a zone leader yes i get to travel more.. cuz i always have to do the babtismal interviews and stuff like that, so like we work in our area like 5 days of the week and the other two we are like traveling and stuff to do interviews, and to help the other elders, and to go to houses of the elders if there are problems that we need to fix and stuff, like if someone is doing something bad or something! Things like that! 
 So my area is crazy, there are a ton of really awesome families!! we are teaching like 4 that are gonna get babtised this month! Last week we had 11 people in church and they are so awesome!! Also there is a family that we are teaching that i babtised their daughter like 4 weeks ago... The dad was a inactive for like 20 years and now is going back to church. The mom, that isnt a member.. went to church 3 sundays ago for the confirmation of her daughter and now she is in love with the church.. she comes everysunday and is gonna get babtised!! And they have two kids that are so cute! Who does this family remind you guys of??(they live in texas) i think thats why i love this family so much,, cuz they remind me a ton of Joe and Lisa! Thats what i want to happen with joe and lisa! cuz now they are so much happier... the guy stopped smoking, she is so excited to help her daughter with primary and everything.. its awesome!! Also there is a family that i babtised there in my first area that is getting sealed in the temple this saturday... and they invited me... so im get to go!! ;):) Im sooo excited for it!! I hope everything goes through!! 
  Dad talking about hunting doesnt make me trunky or homesick.. you can talk all ya want about it!!! Dude what happened to bridger?? is he not gonna guide you guys anymore? Did you talk to him about the outfitter to see if he can get me a job?? What happened with hunting on the private land that he had? Thats sick that the binos are good!!   So you dont have the trip totally planned yet? Do you guys not have the travel agent anymore? Make sure the beach house is really sick!! Did you invite the hansens? and the dads part of the fam? My area La Loma in pretty much in San Jose.. the city is called Desamparados. So where are you thinking we are gonna stay? cuz i wanna stay in Guanacaste for most of the trip.. but if there is another place that we could go for a couple days that would be cool to do both of them.. but the first 3 days are just to go visit my areas right or no?

Hey family!
  So im doing well here! thats so crazy that i only have 7 months
left.. it kinda seems like a long time still though!! haha Im soo
happy that Papa retired and stuff! Thats sooo sick! Now he doesnt have
any excuses not to go hunting or anything!! So i got my bible today!
:) it is awesome! cabelas edition baby! So those pics from the trail
cam arent very good... what brand of trail cam did you get? is it a
cuddeback or a bushnell or a crap brand? holy cow that is awesome that
you got the binos man!! im so excited to use those bad boys!! So how
much time are you gonna take off work for the season dad? You need to
take advantage and get out there every day!! That will be so sick to
go back with horses and stuff.. im excited for you! You gotta tag a
big one man!!
  So last saturday we babtised a kid and a lady... it was cool. The
kids name is Walter and he is 17, he is a professional paintballer and
a hunter also.. his dad is like a crazy hunter also... the pics with
the deer on the wall was in his house! His girlfriend is a member and
everything.. he is was cool, and told me that when i come hes gonna
take me huntin here in Costa Rica.. for deer, crocadiles, and stuff...
even though its ilegal here hahah So where are you thinking the beach
house is gonna be? Its gotta be right on the beach!! And make sure it
is awesome! haha
 Thats awesome you are doing that man.. you gotta get ready to hit up
the beaches... but dad told me about the deal that you guys maid.. so
you gotta come through with that!! That is good majerle dumped he
loser boyfriend... hopefully she can smarten up a bit here!! That will
be good for her to get into cheer!! Hopefully maddi will get focused
on her grades also!! Those crazy girls!!
 So who all is going on the trip back here? Have you invited the
hansens or anyone like that? i want chase and braden and brock and
kenzie and everyone to go too!! Talk to them!

Whats up family how is everyone?? 
 I'm doing really well!! just enjoying it here in La Loma. I like this area a lot, it's pretty cool. But i think Turrialba is still my favorite.. we will see what happens with time. That's so sick you guys are planning the trip and everything!! I'm SOOO excited also!! Yeah that sounds good with the 3 days of exploring and 7 days on the beach and playing and stuff!! The places that i would like to revisit are maybe some of my converts in Turrialba and Paraiso, and stuff... i don't know exactly... Turriabla we could just go there for a day... maybe if you get a hotel here in San Jose for the 3 days cuz these places are really close in a car! That is so awesome that all those people want to come!! I'm so excited!!! Yeah a beach house would be really sweet if all of us can live together at the same time!! I don't know about the food though... there is no Costco or Sams club here... just Pricemart... and its like Costco but there are only like 3 here in Costa Rica... so idk if you guys wanna eat out or pay that lady... whatever you guys think... there are little Sodas(restaurants) everywhere that are really good and pure tico food!! Just whatever you guys think would be best!! Those beaches that you said dad, sound good... the paradaiso one is not the same place that i stayed.. Paraiso was my area but its not even close to a beach. But the Beach Flamingo or everyone else sounds really good... I'm sure the agent knows a lot about the beaches, just try and find one with white sand and blue water... haha. If you cant find a really sick beach house you should try and get just a bunch of rooms really close together in a hotel, maybe the Hilton Papagayo or something there in Guanacaste.. But im sure you guys are gonna plan it really well!
  Dad... that is sooo sick you guys are out spotting and stuff!! I'm sooo proud of you!! You better not shoot a 3x3... its gotta be at least a 7x7!!! haha Dude tell Bridger to talk to the guides to get them to give me a job when i get home!!! You gotta talk to him!! I would do anything!! tell him i could be like the grunt worker and work my way up to a guide!! So what about the tree stands? Is it gonna be the rut during the hunting season... how is the weather lookin..? That's so awesome buck is getting into the spirit now... you gotta work hard to be able to see the results and if you wanna tag a monster!!! Dude i was looking in the cabelas catalog that i have right now at the Viper Vortex binoculars... i was thinking the same thing... i even went through all the magazine highlighting all the stuff that i was gonna buy when i get home and i highlighted those!! Buy them quick!!! You gotta spend your money wisely man,, buy the things that you need most importantly... hey you can use my range finder if you want? actually that would be really good!! When are you gonna check the trail cams? when you do you need to send me the pics!! The cabelas bible hasn't gotten here yet... how long did they say it was gonna take?? 
 So yeah we are doing well here in our zone... we should be able to complete the goal.. so we are excited! We should have like 4 families get baptised this next Saturday and last Saturday we had a family get baptised.. and then the 28th we have 3 more families getting baptised! So pray for the zone! Today for pday we went to this store that designs customized tshirts and pretty much anything that we want... for example we are having them make tshirts for the zone that are gonna be so sick looking! Also the guy there has a machine to make missionary tags.. so he is gonna make a ton for all of us.. they are exact replicas of our tags, so we are gonna put like funny names and stuff that we want... mine is gonna say "Elder Pura Vida" and the other one "Elder RAWHIDE", it is gonna be sick! 
  Wow i cant believe i already have 17 months... its going be really fast!! I love the mission a lot and i wanna keep being a missionary and stuff, but i cant wait to get home to see you guys and start my life! it'll be sick!!!
